I have been wanting to start a blog for a very long time. I think since I was in high school I was constantly coming up with new blog post ideas and actually launched my very first blog (Queen Bee of Hospitality….. yikes lol) and naturally over the years it dwindled. Any of my first fans out there?
So you’re probably wondering why the heck you’re reading this and why I started another blog if the first one didn’t work out? I knew when I was a teenager that I loved to share knowledge about things that I thought were interesting…. who doesn’t?! It just turns out that now I have endless possibilities with the wonderful world of health and wellness! I absolutely adore natural medicine and feel as though the body can heal itself through itself if given the chance. I enjoy sharing tips and tricks for the home, office, wherever you may be! Thus, my new blog was born. I also am a huge Pinterest fan, which most of the posts link to blogs that I adore. Why not start my own?
I have two certifications that have helped me along the way. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I coach clients whom are looking for a total makeover… from the inside out. I am also a certified Plant Based Chef. I eat a plant based diet 80% of the time, and 20% of the time I intuitively eat whatever I feel I crave or want. Life is way too short to worry constantly about what we’re putting in and on our bodies. I went to culinary school to be able to make healthy and delicious meals for myself and eventually my family. And I must say… I LOVE TO COOK.
I also want to connect with others! I have resorted to social media which I feel like now is filled with things I don’t want to fill my mindset with. Let’s go back to the basics.
