Mango Ginger Chia Smoothie

Chia seeds are packed with calcium, essential fats, fiber, potassium, phosphorus, vitamins A, C, E, and most importantly protein! A little goes a long way, you can store these guys in the freezer or fridge for a longer shelf life. Find my favorite brand here.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 3 Minutes

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup sliced mango (or frozen mango works well too)
  • 1/2 T grated ginger
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 t chia seeds
  • pinch of salt

Let’s make it…

  • Place milk in the blender first, then add all other ingredients. Blend up and enjoy! Garnish with additional chia seeds if you’re feeling fancy.
