My Approach

My program is designed to be personal. We will set goals and stick to them as we take a journey through more than just nutrition.  I focus on a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness and fully believe the body can heal itself through itself!  We will dive deep and discover what has been causing you to not be your true happy self in areas such as but not limited to relationships, career, spirituality and physical exercise.

What is group health coaching?

Group health coaching gives you the opportunity to share your feelings with others and develop deeper connections, making your sessions more meaningful. Knowing you are not alone in your journey will help you develop the confidence and motivation to address your challenges and succeed! 

We will brainstorm solutions, open creativity channels, and uncover opportunities you may not have discovered working solo. When individuals are part of a group, they procrastinate less, accomplish more, and reach their goals faster.

When you work in a group, the whole team celebrates your success! It is a social event that participants look forward to. You’ll join a close-knit group that is energizing, motivating, and most of all – fun! Group members often become lifelong friends.

Each session will be a safe space for you to share your current health, what you’ve been thinking about changing, and how we can achieve your goals and make them a lifestyle change to lighten your soul.

Course Details

The course is a 12 week program over six months. We will meet as a group 2x per month on the first and third Thursday from 6:30 -7:30 p.m. I coach in person at Brennan Chiropractic in Annville, PA. If you have a scheduling conflict, please feel free to e-mail me with any concerns. I will adjust days/times according to the majority of each group. Each 12 week program is considered a semester.

The syllabus covers 12 main topics of health and wellness including healthy eating, protein, cravings, digestion, food and mood, nurturing yourself, body types, healthy on the go, visualization, desires, self expression, probiotics, and much more.
