Roller balls are a great way for essential oils to be absorbed into the skin! Some blends you can place directly onto the skin but the benefit of a roller ball is that it is mixed with a carrier oil. The carrier oil mixes with the essential oil so that it isn’t as concentrated being applied topically to the skin.
